A very friendly and efficient service from Kris, from the initial quote (we thought we knew what we wanted but Kris provided his professional advice borne from experience and we are so glad we listened) through to him personally installing them. A bigger company would use a separate fitter and that’s why we went for a smaller local company. The shutters look superb and suit our room setting perfectly. Today Kris fitted plantation shutters to our bi fold doors. For 4 hours he worked on his own, both methodically and with great attention to detail. Absolutely superb service provided by Kristian and his team. Friendly and personable, knowledgable and helpful, Kristian was able to guide us through the whole process of choosing our new shutters and his knowledge of the design, manufacture and crucially, the fitting of the shutters, was what really stood out compared to the other companies that we contacted for quotes. And that is before mentioning the price - he confidently beat the rival quotes from other suppliers.The shutters for our entire house arrived promptly and were fitted over two days by Kris and his team and were a pleasure to have in the house - they worked speedily with a minimum of disruption to my wife and I who both work from home.The end result is absolutely fantastic and we absolutely love both the look the shutters give our house (both inside and out), but they were also invaluable during the recent heat wave where the kept the rooms significantly cooler than any other window covering would have done. Really pleased with our shutters and the service. Kris came measured and showed us colours, styles and combination. He was not pushy and was very professional.They do take quite a time to make them and delivery to Kris but as soon as they arrived Kris came and fitted them. Fitting was fine they were quick and very tidy. We did have a few quotes this one was very reasonable. We are very happy with shutters and the company.
